The Adventures of Hazel and Olivia

Hazel and Olivia have been on many adventures together and now Olivia has a sister, Reese (4 days old!!!) that will be joining us on more adventures. Above is Hazel and Olivia at Market Mall (favorite destination), Chapter's boat (pre Olivia's head injury) and getting comfy in Olivia's new big girl bed.

Nostalgia

We were supposed to go back to Jomana and Eli's cabin for the weekend, but Hazel and Mom are sick... so this is a photo from when we last went in the beginning of August. Those were the good old days.

The Bath Ring

Thanks to Melissa's gift of the bath ring, Hazel's bathtime is pure excitement!

The Tattoo Parlour

For Auntie Annie's birthday (Aug.1), Hazel bought her a heart tattoo. Hazel's cut of the deal was that she got to eat Auntie's nose. Way to make a deal, Hazel.

First Cold

You can't tell here - but she is seriously sick with a cold. Her look today was definitely inspired by cold weather, fever, sick mom too tired to dress Hazel properly and maybe a bit of delerium??!?

My new toque

If I distract Hazel enough, the hat will NOT be pulled off instantly. We're practicing for winter.

Standing on my own... kind of

With the help of a toy, Hazel is learning to stand. I think I should glue her to the floor.

Shopping

Just a regular shopping day... I'm really training this girl to shop at a young age! She'll be an expert by 10!

Hazel and Her Boyfriends

New Car Seat

Hazel has broken in her new car seat - and she loves it! It's pretty and soft and really easy to fall asleep in...

Yoga

Hazel practiced her yoga moves on the carpet today - while also practicing crawling... which was perfected this evening!!!! Success!!!

Thanks to Nancy - Hazel got her first toothbrush yesterday and actually enjoyed brushing her teeth (her two teeth).

Zoe, Hazel, Jorja, Lochlan and James went to the movies! We had fun and we maybe can squeeze in one more trip before they're crawling all over the theater!
